Rules & Regulations
- You must set a placement fee percentage of at least 6% at registration. This is the fee payable per successful hire through the platform.
- Job postings must be genuine, active vacancies. Dummy or test listings are not allowed.
- All candidate data you access is for hiring purposes only. You may not contact candidates for unrelated purposes or share their data with third parties.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions, salary figures, and any interview details you publish.
- Interview invites sent through the platform must be honoured. Cancelling without notice is a policy violation.
- The placement fee becomes due when a candidate is marked Hired. Hiring a candidate outside the platform to avoid fees is a breach of the Terms of Service.
- You may close a job at any time. Closing automatically withdraws all open applications — ensure you are ready before doing so.
You cannot post jobs until your profile is complete. Fill in:
- Company name and your name (hiring point of contact)
- Company website, industry, and size
- Headquarters location and contact details
- View each candidate's resume and HIRA Evaluation Report (2-part PDF: 1-page brief + up to 3 pages of detailed analysis).
- Check their behavioural scorecard and HIRA's recommendation.
- Move them to Client Shortlisted if you want to proceed.
- Click "Schedule Interview" on a shortlisted application.
- Enter date, time, interview type (online or in-person), HR name, and meeting link or address.
- The candidate is automatically notified via WhatsApp and email.
- Move to Offer Released when you send an offer letter.
- Mark Offer Accepted once the candidate confirms.
- Mark Hired to finalise — this triggers the placement fee.
How the Placement Fee is Calculated
Rules & Regulations
- All information you provide — name, resume, contact details — must be accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation is grounds for account removal.
- Apply only to jobs you are genuinely interested in and qualified for.
- You must be available to attend the HIRA voice screening call after applying. Missing the call without rescheduling may result in rejection.
- Resume uploads may only be replaced once every 3 months.
- Repeated no-shows for HIRA calls may restrict your ability to apply to future roles.
- Once you accept an offer and are marked Hired, withdrawing or ghosting the employer is a violation of the platform's Code of Conduct.
- Your data is used strictly for recruitment matching. You can request deletion by contacting support.
A complete profile gives you better job match scores. Fill in:
- First name, last name, phone number, city/country
- Preferred job role and experience level
- Professional summary
- Resume upload (PDF or DOCX) — strongly recommended. The platform's AI parses your resume to calculate your match score for every active job.
You'll receive notifications at every stage:
- Client Shortlisted → they've selected you for further review
- Interview Scheduled → date, time, format, HR contact sent to you
- Offer Released → an offer has been made
- Hired → congratulations!
Rules & Regulations
- Only submit candidates who have given explicit consent to be represented for that specific role.
- All resumes and candidate details must be genuine and accurate. Fabricating or inflating credentials leads to immediate account suspension.
- You may submit candidates for jobs matching your agency's industry focus.
- You have a 2-hour window after submitting a candidate to engage them directly. After that, HIRA takes over — do not interfere.
- Placement fees are paid to your registered bank account. Ensure bank details and GST number are accurate.
- Agency recruiters under your account are your responsibility.
- Do not contact clients outside the platform to negotiate separate placement terms.
You cannot submit candidates until your profile is complete. Fill in:
- Agency name, type, size, website, headquarters, contact details
- Industry focus — determines which jobs you can see and submit for
- Agency registration number

From your dashboard, go to the Job Portal. You'll see active jobs matching your industry focus, including the full commission breakdown and required skills.

- Pending Review → Engaged by HIRA / Agent → HIRA Shortlisted → Internal Shortlisted
- Then: Client Shortlisted → Interview → Offer → Hired ✓
- Go to Resume Upload from your dashboard.
- Upload PDF/DOCX resumes. Each is parsed and a candidate profile is created.
- Track upload progress and see how many were successfully processed.
